CANCELLATION POLICY
WE REQUIRE A 72 HOUR CANCELLATION ON NORMAL WEEKENDS, ONE WEEK FOR HOLIDAYS
FOR
FULL REFUNDS, OTHERWISE YOU ARE CREDITED THAT AMOUNT TOWARDS YOUR
NEXT STAY TO BE USED WITHIN 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF CANCELLATION.
CANCELLATIONS NEED TO BE MADE OVER THE PHONE WITH A LIVE PERSON. NO EMAIL OR VOICE MESSAGE WILL CONSTITUTE A CANCELLATION.
Pyramid Resort House Rules
Check In Time is anytime after 2:00 pm
Check Out Time is 12:00 Noon
Children over the age of 1 year count towards total occupancy limit
No excessive noise after midnight. (Be kind to your neighbors)
No Fireworks in buildings or in public areas. (Take them to the beach)
No Glass Bottles or Glasses in or around the pool or jacuzzi.
Do not tamper with the pool or jacuzzi settings (No children in jacuzzi after 6:00pm.) Jacuzzi closes at midnight.
Do not hang towels, wetsuits, or clothes over balconies.
We do not have daily cleaning services.
Towels will be changed and your trash will be taken out every other day.
Please conserve water and turn off lights when you leave.
Barbeque: If used, please turn off gas at big tank and clean grill for the next person.
Do not bring pool furniture to your rooms or balconies.
Please return all furniture to its original position. (patio chairs, sofas, beds, etc.)
Do not bring radios or blasters to the pool area. (Not everyone likes the same music.)
Return key to office on departure.
There is a $5.00 key deposit.
Please park only one car behind building. (All others in overflow lot.)
